Services

Atelier Sauvage offers private in-house dining, smaller events and seasonal tasting menus.

In flight private tasting experiences for select clients are available at any time.


Menu Planning and Proposals

Atelier Sauvage will design a custom-curated menu proposal based on your preferences using the highest quality ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. Atelier Sauvage asks that the client/chef proposal be in writing via email. Pricing begins with a minimum event cost of $3,000.00. The agreed upon rate will include menu planning, ingredients, preparation, travel and serving – there are no hidden fees or charges. In the event that ingredients cannot be sourced as originally planned due to availability, quality, or other unforeseeable factors we will notify you and agree upon satisfactory substitutions. Our goal is to exceed your expectations when it comes to a personalized fine dining experience.

Scheduling

Backcountry Dining will arrive at your home at the time and date you specify. We will need access to the cooking area for an estimated 2-8 hours. Please make your home accessible to your chef on the scheduled cook-date. You and your guests are welcome to join your chef in the kitchen to observe and ask questions during preparation, but for safety reasons we do ask that young children and pets remain outside the kitchen during meal preparation and service.


Deposit

Please call or email to discuss your needs. A 50% deposit will be due upon the execution of this agreement, with the balance due upon completion of your event. A gratuity is not required, but always appreciated!

Pricing

Our private dining experiences reflect our commitment to high level dining, service, and excellence. This includes menu development, premium ingredients, professional staff, setup, service, and cleanup.

Since no two events are alike, the final price is curated jointly through a consultation.

Minimum : Starting at $3000.00

Classic experience: Starting at $400.00 per person

Elevated experience: Starting at $500.00 per person

Cancellation

Please provide 14 days notice if you wish to cancel or change a scheduled event. If there is a last minute menu change, we will make every effort to accommodate you, however, there may be additional charges for ingredients. If for some reason your chef is unable to access your home (locks changed, pets, etc.) we will consider this a last-minute cancellation. Cancellations without notice are billed at 100% of the agreed event rate.


Home Kitchens

Atelier Sauvage takes great pride in our work and promises to respect you, your home and your equipment. We will leave your workspace clean, remove all of our personal equipment and put away all leftover food. We ask that you provide us with a clean work area so we can focus on preparing you a fantastic meal.

Invoices and Accepted Payment Options

A final invoice will be emailed to you before the event date. We allow a three day grace period following the event for payment, after which a late-fee of 10% of the invoice total will be added to the outstanding invoice. We accept payment via cash, check, all major credit cards, Zelle, Cash App and PayPal. Note: Credit card payments will incur an additional processing fee of 3.5%.


Atelier Sauvage will take extra precautions to keep all clients safe. Atelier Sauvage is ServSafe certified and FLIP insured.
